3 Creek Ranch Golf Club is a member-owned private club which will offer its owner members a unique opportunity to enjoy outstanding recreational facilities. The Club is situated in the 3 Creek Ranch residential community in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. TOP
What are the special features of membership in the 3 Creek Ranch Golf Club?
Membership in 3 Creek Ranch Golf Club offers a number of special features such as:
- Exclusivity. Membership by invitation only.
- Refundable Membership Contribution. Equity Members are entitled to a refund upon resignation and re-issuance of the membership, as provided for in the Membership Documents.
- Resigned Memberships Reissued Prior to Membership Sell-Out. Resigned members do not have to wait until all new memberships in the Club have been issued before their membership is reissued and they receive their refund, as provided for in the Membership Documents. Every fourth membership issued in each category will be a resigned membership from the waiting list.
- Transferability of Memberships. Equity Memberships are transferable through the Club to the subsequent purchaser of a member's residence or home site in the Community.
- Control of Club Operations and Policies. Equity Members will be entitled after turnover to elect the members of the Board of Directors, which governs the Club.
- Ownership Interest in Club. Each Equity Member has an ownership interest in the Club and is entitled to vote on matters affecting the Club in accordance with the Membership Documents.
- Immediate Family Privileges. A member, his or her spouse and their children under the age of 25 are entitled to membership privileges without having to pay additional membership dues.
- Legacy Transfer. Members can request the transfer of their membership through the Club to their adult child.
- Inheritability. Upon the death of a member, the membership can be transferred to his or her spouse or adult child if approved for membership.
- Club Newsletter. Members will receive a periodic newsletter containing information about events and activities at the Club and other items of interest.
- Website. The Club's website located at www.3creekranch-jh.com will provide members with access to important, up-to-date club information. TOP

What categories of membership will be offered by the Club?
The Club presently offers three categories of membership: Equity Golf, Junior and National. TOP
What are the privileges of a Golf Membership?
Equity Golf Membership - Each person who acquires an Equity Golf Membership will be entitled to use all of the golf, tennis, swimming, fitness and social facilities of the Club. Equity Golf Members will not be required to pay green fees or court fees for use of the golf and tennis facilities, but will be required to pay golf cart fees.
Junior Membership - Each person who acquires a Junior Membership will be entitled to the same Club privileges as an Equity Golf Member. Junior Memberships are only offered to people between the ages of 25 and 40 and are non-equity Memberships.
National Membership - Each person who acquires a National Membership will be entitled to the use of all the golf, tennis, swimming, fitness and social facilities of the Club. National Memberships are Individual Memberships requiring family privileges to fall under our current guest policy. National Members will also have limited golf privileges between June 15th and September 15th and may not host unaccompanied guests. TOP
How many golf memberships will
be available for purchase at 3 Creek?
The maximum number of full memberships permitted to be issued is 295 (275 Equity Golf and 20 Junior Memberships). Ten National Memberships have been approved and are in addition to the cap. Any additional Memberships in these categories will have to be approved by the Club Members. TOP
To whom will memberships be offered?
Membership is by invitation only. The determination of whether a candidate will be invited for membership shall be made by the Club in its sole discretion.
Each initial purchaser of a residence or home site in the Community, who has been invited and approved for membership, may at any time within 30 days from the date of his or her closing on the residence or home site, acquire an Equity Membership in the Club. TOP
How do I become a member of the Club?
Membership is by invitation only. All prospective members are required to submit a Proposal for Membership and must be invited for membership. A prospective member who is invited and approved for membership in the Club must comply with the following requirements:
- Fully complete and execute the Membership Purchase Agreement.
- Deliver or mail to the Membership Office at the Club: (i) the completed and executed Membership Purchase Agreement, and (ii) a check in U.S. funds for the amount required in the Membership Purchase Agreement. TOP
